The MELS Curriculum Director pays great attention at the dialogue session between the principals of the kindergartens and their teachers’ teaching methods. After the discussion, the teachers will improve the quality of teaching and make the child understand the importance of learning.

Teachers who attend the curriculum, will be able to learn from others and give their opinions and also introduce their own teaching methods. On the advisory council, everyone will give their views and speaks freely. They will clear their doubts there and be more confident to continue with their teaching.
