The conventional teaching method, which is teacher-centered, hampers children's ability to learn at their own pace.

MELS is built up from the Phonics-44 system which guides children to correctly pronounce words from as early as the age of 4.
The words used are based on research that has been proven to aid children's reading development. Our teachers do this step-by-step because we believe that a practical layout of the entire program will facilitate a more suitable and student-friendly learning pace for each and every child under our care. |

The multimedia provides demonstrative programs to show precise pronunciations of words, accurate writing order of the 26 individual alphobets and useful themes that children can relate to. This works undeniably well especially for those children who have difficulty paying full attention only to our teachers. With the interactive software program, children become more focused. |
|

|
To make lessons even more exciting, our teachers utilise and improvise the songs,rhymes and stories provided by MELS to encourage active participation from the children. This not only enables us to sustain children's constant interest but it also provides ample repetition for them to retain new information that they encounter each day in class. |

My kindergarten has been using the MELS program for a while now and as long as we are in business, there is no way that my teachers and I will opt to stop subscribing to this wonderful product and services. MELS is made up of a very organised and practical teaching flow of the English language for children. This is of paramount importance as we, in the kindergarten industry certainly need to have a reliable base to help us teach children in the most effective manner. MELS is based on the Phonics-44 system but unlike conventional teaching, it uses multimedia to capture interest and attention. |

It allows my teachers to use the program and the books in a proper layout to gauge students' development. It is not too advanced that slower students get left behind and it is not too simple that the sharper students get bored easily. In other words, it is just perfectly right!
As we know, early childhood education is supposed to instill the four fundamental skills in children-listening, reading, writing and speaking and MELS has obviously done this for my kindergarten very successfully.
I have been able to achieve tremendous results and the changes I notice after using this program is just incredible! |

Even since adopting the MELS teaching program, I have been able to be a little more laid-back and not as stressed out as I previously was. My teachers have also been able to teach in a more motivating and healthy environment with the help of MELS.

Nature gives us our beautiful children with boundless talents. But what is nature without nurture?
In our kindergarten, we want our children to grow up in the best possible learning environment and choosing the MELS program to teach the English language is like having the right fertilizer for our young plants. MELS helps my teachers and me to provide the perfect conditioning for children by establishing a solid foundation with the language basics. We, particularly like the Phonics-44 system which consists of teaching correct and accurate pronunciations. |

Just imagine kids as young as four years old being able to pronounce words more precisely than many adults these days. It is not just any other program that simply teaches children A-Z like in the good old days. This one comes with useful themes that children can connect to and our teachers are able to grab and keep their attention and interest for a longer period of time with the fun-filled multimedia programs. |

It is simply amazing how a teaching system which looks so intricate can be so user-friendly. The MELS is really a must-have for every kindergarten if we want the best for our children. It has helped my teachers and I to teach our students in the most interesting and innovative ways. This program helps us to teach in a way we would have never thought of before. The colourful and appealing multimedia attracts children's attention almost instantly it is so good that the children's attention never depletes. We have students who would even ask us to teach more than our daily lesson plan sometimes. This proves how |
